• Identify constructability challenges and work with project leadership to develop practical solutions.
• Promote ICON Electric's safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and jobsite safety standards.
• Participate in daily huddles, toolbox talks, planning meetings, and coordination meetings with general contractors and other trades.
• Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning, punch lists, and project turnover activities.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and field logistics to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate field documentation, daily reports, labor tracking, and as-built information.
• Mentor electricians and apprentices while helping build a high-performing field team.
• Step into leadership responsibilities as needed to support the Superintendent and ensure project success.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Lead Electrician, Foreman, General Foreman, or Assistant Superintendent.
• Experience supporting large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, or mission critical/data center projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and electrical construction best practices.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, one-line diagrams, and BIM models.
• Experience with power distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, conduit systems, cable tray, and electrical equipment installation.
