Job Summary We’rescaling our manufacturing operations and looking for aPlanning Managerto lead production and material planning, ensuring smooth operations, on-time delivery, and inventory optimization. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop theplanning team(production & material planners) OwnMPS, MRP, and capacity planningto support business demand Collaboratewith Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics Driveon-time delivery, inventory optimization, and material readiness LeadNPI planningto ensure smooth product ramp-up Identifyrisks in supply, capacity, and inventory—and drive solutions Monitor KPIs and provide insightstomanagement Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives Requirements 5–8+ years of experience inplanning / supply chain / manufacturing Proven leadership experience managing planning teams Strong knowledge ofERP/MRP systems and planning processes Experience inNPI and cross-functional coordination Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Comfortable working in afast-paced, growing environment @ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
