Job Summary We’re expanding our manufacturing operations in Singapore and looking for ahands-on Manufacturing Operationsto lead production, drive efficiency, and build a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuringsafety, quality, and productivity Drive production planning, capacity management, and on-time delivery Partner with engineering, quality, warehouse, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and supportNPI (New Product Introduction) Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reducecost, and shorten cycle time Build, lead, and develop a strong production team Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and quality standards Support audits, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives Requirements 8+ years in manufacturing operations, with leadership experience Strong background inproduction, planning, and process improvement Experience incross-functional collaboration Familiar with ISO, safety, and quality standards Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills Comfortable working in afast-paced, growing environment @ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
