A New Way to Hire. Hunt with Distinction!

The Role

We're looking for a relationship-driven Recruiter with a can-do attitude who's ready to hit the ground running on challenging, hard-to-fill roles. You'll own the full recruiting process for your open positions: sourcing, screening, and helping close offers. You'll keep the ATS clean, give candidates and hiring managers a smooth experience, and build a talent network that makes every search faster than the last.

What You'll Do

Sourcing and screening

• Source candidates for hard-to-fill roles in home services, trades, and professional services through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach.

• Screen candidates by phone and video, assessing skills, experience, and fit against each client's hiring plan.

• Build and maintain a talent network so you have strong candidates ready before a role opens.

Candidate and hiring manager experience

• Submit qualified candidates with clear, concise write-ups that make hiring decisions easy.

• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates informed at every step.

• Help extend and close offers, and support background checks and pre-start steps.

• Treat every candidate with respect: clear communication, timely follow-up, and honest updates.

Data, reporting, and process

• Keep candidate records, statuses, and notes accurate in real time. If it isn't in the ATS, it didn't happen.

• Share short, clear weekly updates with your Account Manager and raise risks early.

• Use data to adjust sourcing tactics when a search isn't moving.

• Follow HRA's recruiting playbook and suggest improvements when you see a better way.

What You Bring

Required

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in RPO, agency, or in-house talent acquisition.

• Strong interviewing and communication skills, written and verbal.

• Hands-on experience with an ATS and recruiting CRM tools, plus comfort with simple reports.

• Highly organized and reliable, with a track record of hitting weekly goals.

• Ability to work remotely with a reliable home setup and consistent availability during client business hours.

Nice to have (not required)

• Experience recruiting for the trades, home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), or manufacturing.

• Experience with Workable, JazzHR, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Who You Are

• Hunting mindset. You go where the talent is and follow through.

• Candidate care. You're clear, respectful, and on time.

• Organized. You keep the details right and your promises kept.

• A strong communicator. You send short, sharp updates and escalate early.

• Adaptable. You shift tactics when the data says to.

• Process-disciplined. You follow the playbook and help improve it.

• A team player. You live HRA's Ideal Team Player culture: humble, hungry, and smart.

Position Details

• Location: 100% remote (ability to work Eastern hours)
