- Study useful features, user journeys and business models
- Maintain bug trackers, product backlogs and testing checklists
- Follow up with developers and designers on pending issues
- Support feature launches and post-release testing
- Prepare simple weekly product updates
What We Are Looking For
- Strong interest in products, startups and business
- Curious about how an early-stage company operates
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to notice small errors and inconsistencies
- Ability to understand a product from the user’s perspective
- Comfortable testing the same feature multiple times
- Clear written communication and documentation skills
- Organised and consistent with follow-ups
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs and task-management tools
- Willingness to learn about technology, customers, revenue and business operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Previous experience in product management, app testing, UI/UX or startups is preferred but not compulsory.
Is Technical Knowledge Required?
Coding knowledge is not compulsory.
However, you should be comfortable using mobile apps, websites, admin panels and digital tools. Basic knowledge of UI/UX, software testing or development processes will be an advantage.

- App and console features are tested thoroughly
- Reported issues are followed until resolution
- Product trackers remain accurate and updated
- User feedback is converted into actionable improvements
- The team receives clear information about problems and blockers

Please apply only if you are curious, comfortable testing products repeatedly and willing to take ownership of documentation and follow-ups.
