1. Supports implementation of Science of Reading practices across K-8 campuses
2. Monitors literacy initiative implementation and provides feedback to schools and leadership
3. Analyzes student literacy data to identify trends and inform instructional adjustments
4. Facilitates professional development sessions and supports teacher capacity building
5. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align literacy resources and interventions
6. Other duties as assigned
