BCBA (Hybrid) | Salt Lake City, Utah House of Hearts ABA

Compensation: $85 to $95 per hour

Service Area: The entire Salt Lake City area, from North Ogden to Provo and everywhere in between

This is not just a job. This is a movement.

At House of Hearts, we believe every child deserves a chance to be seen, understood, and given the tools to thrive. We believe every family deserves a team that shows up for them with heart, honesty, and real clinical skill. That belief is the reason we exist, and it is the reason the people on our team choose to be here.

We are not a regular ABA company. We are a group of clinicians and leaders who refuse to accept “good enough” when it comes to the children and families we serve. Every treatment plan, every session, every parent conversation is an opportunity to change the course of a child’s life. We take that seriously, and we are looking for a BCBA who does too.

Clinical excellence is our standard

We hold ourselves to the highest level of clinical quality because our families deserve nothing less. That means individualized, compassionate, evidence based care. It means programs built around each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. It means treating parents as true partners in their child’s progress. And it means never cutting corners, never rushing, and never losing sight of the human being at the center of the work.

If you became a BCBA because you wanted to make a real difference, this is where you get to do exactly that.

What you will do

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized, meaningful treatment plans
• Provide supervision and hands on support to RBTs, helping them deliver high quality, compassionate care
• Lead parent training that empowers families with the skills and confidence to support their child every day
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming so every child keeps moving forward
• Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams to create consistency across every part of a child’s life
• Serve families in home throughout the Salt Lake City area and along the Wasatch Front, from North Ogden to Provo

Hybrid flexibility

This role blends in home client work with remote time for treatment planning, data analysis, and documentation. You get to be fully present with families when it matters most, while having the flexibility to do your best clinical thinking on your own schedule.

A leadership team that has your back

You will never be left on an island. Our leadership team is accessible, responsive, and genuinely invested in your success. Our operations team handles scheduling, intake, and authorizations so you can focus on what you do best: clinical care. You will have mentorship, real support, and a team that listens to clinician feedback and acts on it.

Who we are looking for

• An active BCBA certification and eligibility for Utah licensure
• A deep passion for working with children and families
• A commitment to ethical, high quality, individualized care
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with parents and caregivers
• Someone who wants to be part of something bigger than themselves
