Home Energy Pros | Fort Wayne, IN

Want more out of life? Start building toward it.

More income. Bigger goals. A reason to feel excited about where you’re headed.

Home Energy Pros is looking for motivated, outgoing people who are ready to bet on themselves. If you’re competitive, enjoy talking to people, and want your effort to have a direct impact on your earnings, we want to meet you.

The opportunity

You’ll work door to door in local neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to Home Energy Pros, and schedule attic inspections for our sales team.

Your job is to start the conversation and set the appointment. Our sales team handles the inspection and closing.

This is an active, face-to-face role for someone who would rather create opportunities than sit behind a desk.

What you can earn

• Average commission of approximately $1,000 per completed sale generated from your appointments.
• Paid weekly.
• Commission-only compensation with no base salary.
• 1099 independent contractor position.

Appointments alone do not earn the sale commission. Earnings depend on the appointments you generate turning into completed sales; individual results vary.

Who we’re looking for

• You want more than simply getting by.
• You’re comfortable introducing yourself and meeting new people.
• You can hear “no” and keep moving with a good attitude.
• You’re coachable, dependable, and willing to put in consistent effort.
• You enjoy working toward goals and being rewarded for results.

Full-time opportunity. Must be 18 or older and have your own reliable vehicle.

Your next chapter starts with a conversation.

You don’t need to have your whole future figured out. You do need the drive to start building it.
