Hotel Front Desk Agent Seasonal/On-Call at Holiday Inn… · Orlando

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for many important functions, such as checking Guests in and out, handling cash, billing, problem handling, answering calls, making reservations, assisting in the selling of the hotel and ensuring that Guests have an enjoyable stay.

Prior IHG experience, Opera systems, hotel experience and knowledge of the UCF Area is a plus. The ability to multi-task, resolve problems and converse with people is an absolute must. Applicants must be friendly and customer service oriented.

This is a Seasonal position, with the opportunity to stay on as an On-Call Associate. Individual must be able to work on major holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc.

This is an hourly, part-time position starting at minimum pay of $15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
