Accounting Specialist

Summary: Hoffman Auto Group is seeking an Accounting Specialist responsible for supporting accounting functions including processing deals, cash management, and inventory management. The role involves accurately posting daily deals, preparing DMV paperwork, and reconciling various financial statements. Responsibilities: - Responsible for accurately posting the daily deal’s - Prepare the DMV paperwork to be sent to the central DMV office - Prepare the daily DOC - Prepare the daily deposit - Complete the processing of swap and wholesale deals - Reconcile the dealer reserve schedules - Warranty credits posting and reconciling - Posting of factory parts and miscellaneous invoices and reconciling statements - Ensure all policies and procedures are followed as designated by the Hoffman Auto Group Privacy Act Policy - Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned Required Qualifications: - Must be flexible, highly organized, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Always leads by example with professional work ethic - Regular on-time attendance is an essential function of this position to meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: - Preferred automotive experience and Excel knowledge Required Skills: Automotive experience, Excel, Professional work ethic
