Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and modern web development.
• Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience using Git and modern source control workflows.
• Practical experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar) to accelerate software development, test automation, debugging, refactoring, and technical documentation while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication capabilities.
