Experienced Bilingual Brand Ambassador (English/Spanish) – Holiday Mall Activation

Sign up to be matched with holiday Brand Ambassador shifts at a local mall. Starting from $24/h, we are looking for outgoing, experienced bilingual (English and Spanish) Brand Ambassadors to promote a food brand at a holiday booth near the Santa photo area.

SHIFT DETAILS:

• Dates (3 weekends, Fri–Sun): Nov 27–29, Dec 4–6, Dec 11–13
• Shift length: 5 hours
• Mandatory training: 11/23 at the brand’s store near the mall. You must attend training to work the event shifts, and you’ll pick up your uniform there.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Set up the booth and promo materials at the start of your shift.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, natural conversations in English and Spanish.
• Introduce the brand and invite shoppers to spin the prize wheel.
• Capture shopper contact information (with consent) and encourage store visits.
• Hand over the booth to the next crew member, or close and store it at the end of the day.
• Report daily results (approaches, leads captured, spins).
