What You'll Be Doing as a Staff Accountant (AP/AR):

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Review and maintain accurate financial records according to organizational standards.
• Process invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close and maintain the General Ledger.
• Classify, record, and summarize financial data using journals and ledgers.
• Examine financial statements and reports for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Provide support to external auditors when needed.

About You as a Staff Accountant (AP/AR):

• 1–5 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to accounts payable and receivable.
• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in software applications such as Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
