Job Description
Purpose of the Job The Digital Production Specialist (DPS) collaborates with assigned marketing teams, agency partners, and IT department to test all digital projects for successful functionality and bug-free release across multiple platforms and devices. Much like their copy editor colleagues, the DPS are often involved with a pre-review on large, high value assets. The role is also responsible for managing the digital trafficking process and all digital marketing materials for assigned brands. The DPS communicates with the marketing teams and provides consultative and tactical support as needed. The DPS serves as a liaison for all individuals within the review process. They regularly interact with Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Marketing, Sales Training and Corporate Communications teams. They must ensure that external partners and agencies adhere to approved Digital Guidelines. The DPS drives the work to completion in the event of an error, frequently collaborating with Regulatory. This person must demonstrate an innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking approach and interest in working across multiple digital and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Veeva support teams both internal and external for troubleshooting digital assets. Manage asset migration to the Veeva CRM platform from staging to production. Continually develop an understanding of the Veeva Vault platform leading to more comprehensive digital support for all associated partners. Educate marketing teams, project owners, and agency partners on the digital production process and DPS roles and responsibilities to better prepare them for testing and production. Manage complex interactive presentations from staging to production, including but not limited to assisting with troubleshooting and facilitating communication between support teams and agency partners. Provide perspective and support to Marketing teams leading up to and during product launches.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
The role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently Proven project management skills, attention to detail, good judgment, and demonstrated ability to solve problems, as well as ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external partners are a must. Strong understanding of technology and possess excellent oral and written communication, and active listening skills. Takes initiative, prioritize, and manage multiple-detailed tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while ensuring quality deliverables.
