About the Position:
We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Transportation Sr Analyst. The role will report to the GCC Transportation Manager (Global Capability Center). This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidatemustdemonstratea strong ownership mindset, be ready to drive execution directly, and act as a problem solver.
This role supports Transportation & Logistics execution by helping with track performance andidentifyopportunities to improve service and cost.You’llwork with the team to meet internal KPIs, investigate variances, and summarize findings into clear, practical recommendations.You’llcollaborate closely with Business Unit and GBS partners and work day-to-day with key stakeholders to support issue resolution,maintainstrong follow-through on actions, and contribute to continuous improvement throughaccuratedata, clear communication, and a hands-on mindset.
Inbrief,you willberesponsiblefor:
AllTransportationExecutionprocessesacrossregionaldistributionPOD’s
Daily monitoring and triage of TMS queries to ensure orders areoptimized, exceptions are resolved quickly, and shipments move on time
Dailymonitoringofqueriesvia TMS,ensuringordersareoptimized&shippedontime
Facilitate communications/coordination between internal customer groups and external carrier contacts to ensure attainment of service level objectives
Monitor data flows between ERP system, TMS, and WMS systems to ensure synchronization for successful transportation execution
IdentifyGaps in transportation capacity andinitiateaccuratemeasures with the Transportation Capacity Planning team.
Daily interaction with off-site carriers and on-site carrier partners to resolve service and capacity issueswith critical issues to management as needed.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
1+ yearsof Transportation & Logistics experience, ideally inFMCG / food & beverage / CPG, with increasing scope and ownership
Basicknowledge of transportation execution and upstream/downstream dependencies (planning, customer/service impacts, warehouse interfaces)
Basic knowledgein transportation systems and visibility tools (TMS, OTM, SAP, 4Kites), with the ability to troubleshoot data/process issues acrossERP/TMS/WMSflows
Demonstrated ability tocreatecontinuous improvement and operational excellence using data (e.g., root cause analysis, KPI tracking, standard work)
Goodstakeholder communication skills,able tocommunicate effectivelyideas and present them
B2 or C1 English level
