Oracle HCM Talent & Compensation Solution Lead - Must Have Skillsets 1)Oracle HCM Goal Management & Performance Management 2) Workforce Compensation & Compensation Worksheets 3) Talent Review, Calibration & Talent Management Concepts 4) Solution Architecture, Fit-Gap Analysis & Requirement Gathering 5) Stakeholder Management, Customer Workshops & Team Leadership 6) Proper demonstrated understanding of Integration/connection between Performance and Compensation Modules 7) Key abilities: Lead Solution Design Workshops Drive SIT, UAT and Defect Closure Conduct Customer Demos and Trainings Plan Cutover and Hypercare Activities Mentor Team Members and Manage Stakeholders
