Job Description
Job Summary
The Role: Sales Hunter We are looking for rainmakers, not just relationship managers. You will sit at the critical intersection of Market, Client, and Growth. You will be responsible for: • Market Creation: Taking deep tech propositions into white-space accounts and converting ambiguity into commercial opportunity. • The Full Spectrum: Oscillating between high-level account strategy and micro-level deal execution details. • Commercial Command: You will own the revenue levers—pipeline, conversion, pricing, and growth are your key parameters. You will create “pull” with clients while leveraging the massive “push” power of HCL’s global reach. The Culture: High Intensity, High Ambiguity This is not a typical 9-to-5 corporate rotation. This is a true startup culture nestled within a global giant. • Ambiguity is the norm. You will work without boundaries. If you need a structured path, this is not for you. • Challenger Mindset. We value intelligence and the ability to win in difficult circumstances. We don’t want "Yes Men/Women." We want people who can stand up, debate the conventional view, and fight for the right path forward.
