Job Description

Imagine a Sales Career So Rewarding, It Could Change Your Life.

Picture this: You walk into a buzzing barbershop, alive with the sound of scissors snipping and clippers humming. You’re here to meet with some of the best hairstylists and barbers in town, artists who live and breathe their craft. They trust only the highest quality tools—and they rely on someone who knows what they’re doing. That someone is YOU.

Welcome to Hattori Hanzo Shears. We’re not your typical sales company, and this is no ordinary sales role. We’re on a mission to find passionate, driven individuals ready to start something big. This isn’t just a job; it’s a career with unlimited earning potential and rewards like nothing you’ve seen before.

Here’s Why You’ll Want to Join Hanzo: When you’re with us, it’s about more than just the sale. It’s about building relationships, establishing trust, and helping your clients succeed. And we reward that commitment—big time.

• Monthly Bonuses: Earn extra rewards every month for reaching your goals.
• Quarterly Bonus Challenges: A chance to push yourself and win even more.
• Annual President’s Club Vacations: Exclusive, all-expenses-paid trips to celebrate top performers.
• 401k with a 4% Match: Because we care about your future.
• Full Medical, Health, and Dental coverage after just 90 days.
• 6-Figure Potential: With no cap on earnings, the best in our team make six figures.

Who Thrives Here? If you’re enthusiastic, love the thrill of connecting with people, and are ready to make a name for yourself, Hanzo could be the last career move you’ll ever need. You’ll spend your days engaging with true artists, closing multiple deals daily, and making a real impact.

Here’s What Your Day Looks Like:

• You’ll be out there, meeting incredible hairstylists and barbers, helping them find the tools they trust.
• You’ll build relationships that go beyond a one-time sale.
• And, as a result, you’ll see your career and income grow every day.

So, if you’re ready for a sales role with serious rewards and a chance to be part of something bigger, take the first step. This could be the start of something amazing.

Excited to meet you,

• Quick-witted enough to keep up with flying hair clippings?
• A sales superstar who can close deals faster than a barber's buzz cut?
• Experienced in the art of the pitch (and we don't mean hair dye)?

If you nodded so enthusiastically that your hair got messed up, we want YOU!
