A bit about you

Organised and proactive, you will be comfortable managing competing priorities, following outstanding actions through to completion and co-ordinating activity across more than one location.
You will have practical knowledge of general building maintenance and an understanding of relevant health and safety requirements. You will be confident working with contractors and suppliers, maintaining accurate records and identifying when an issue can be addressed directly or needs to be referred to a specialist.
You will be a clear and effective communicator who can build positive working relationships with colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders. Strong IT skills, attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving will also be important.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use are required, as the role works across both Milestones Museum and Basing House.
