About Us

We are an established, highly profitable business of around 30 team members. While we are a stable company with a product that launched a few years ago, we still retain our fast-moving, high-autonomy startup culture.

Our product is unique and highly complex: we have taken what would typically be three or four different product lines and aggregated them into a single, cohesive powerhouse platform. We are looking for our first dedicated Product Manager to help us elevate our platform from the 0-1 phase into a highly mature, structured ecosystem.

The Opportunity

Up until now, product and engineering have been dual-led by our technical co-founder. We have no shortage of high-value ideas, but we have reached a scale where we need a dedicated product leader to bring clarity, structure, and ruthlessness to what we build next.

You will report directly to the Co-Founder and step into total ownership of the product pipeline. You will be the bridge between customer insights, business strategy, and a highly capable, logic-driven development team.

What you'd be doing in this role

• Own the strategic puzzle, designing the roadmap and ensuring the platform feels like a unified ecosystem, not a collection of disconnected features.
• Ruthlessly prioritise, separate the "good ideas" from the "needle-movers" by introducing objective, data-driven frameworks to our backlog.
• Flesh out complexities, work ahead of the development team to deeply scope initiatives, map out dependencies, edge cases, and business logic to streamline delivery.
• Collaborate directly with builders, partner with an engineering team that already possesses high customer empathy and a passion for "don't make me think" UX design.
• Drive market maturity, run customer discovery and analyse user behaviour to uncover hidden friction points and unlock our next phase of growth.

You're probably a match if

• You have 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager (ideally in the B2B space, marketplaces or faceted platform environments).
• You are a systems thinker. You look at a product as an interconnected web of logic, not just a series of static screens.
• You are highly comfortable discussing technical constraints with engineers, modelling out problems and/or analysing trade-offs when considering pathways.
• You are an excellent communicator. You can align stakeholders, defend a product decision with data, and manage the delicate transition of taking over a founder’s "baby" with empathy and professionalism.
• You thrive in an execution environment. You prefer rolling up your sleeves and defining product requirements over sitting in bureaucratic alignment meetings all day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
