JOIN HAMPEL OIL AS TERRITORY SALES MANAGER
Hampel is seeking a self-disciplined individual that is driven, goal oriented, conscientious, optimistic, and a team leader that has ambition and a passion for sales. The desired applicant would be focused on developing new business, exceeding customer service expectations & growing the company customer base while creating value for the customer.

Details include:
Starting salary range of $75,000 - $1000,000 based on sales quotas met + Bonus + Incentive pay

• Schedule is 5 day work week
• Overnight travel at times

What You Will Do:

• Manage the daily activities of the territory that promotes the growth of the company in San Antonio area
• Closing new business and managing existing accounts
• Analyze data and trends to strategically develop business within industry segments
• Provide excellent customer service while serving existing client base

Find creative ways to be solution to customer pain-points

Job Requirements

What Skills and Experience We are Looking For:

• 3 years in a B2B sales
• Previous experience in outside sales operations
• Growth mindset and a "hunter" type of sales attitude
• Excellent communication skills

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Previous sales experience in the fuel and lubricant industry
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• STLE, CLS or OMA1 certification
