Collections Officer – Car Rental Operations at HALA DRIVE… · Lahore

We are looking for a motivated and professional Accounts Receivable & Collections Executive to manage customer payment follow-ups, overdue rental accounts, and outstanding balances for our UAE-based car rental operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and the ability to achieve collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding overdue rental payments, fines, invoices, and outstanding balances.
• Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and collection activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly collection reports and update payment statuses.
• Coordinate with the Dubai operations and accounts teams regarding pending cases.
• Resolve customer payment queries professionally.
• Negotiate payment arrangements when required.
• Escalate difficult or unpaid accounts to management.
• Maintain customer relationships while ensuring company payment policies are followed.
• Meet assigned collection targets and performance KPIs.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in collections, customer service, call center, banking, finance, or accounts preferred.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, CRM systems).
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• UAE/BPO experience will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
