Senior Mechanical Engineer at Haifa Power… · Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our MEP team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mechanical engineering activities, coordinating with project teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and delivering projects safely, efficiently, and within the required schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise mechanical works for MEP projects.

Review and approve mechanical drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other MEP disciplines.

Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project standards, and HSE requirements.

Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.

Identify technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.

Conduct inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.

Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control.

Lead and guide mechanical engineers, supervisors, and site teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 6–15 years of relevant MEP experience, preferably in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.

Good knowledge of mechanical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Experience in handling consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

UAE experience and availability to join immediately will be an advantage.

Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
