Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring an experienced Post Commander for a luxury residential property in Downtown Los Angeles.
We're looking for a polished, tech-savvy, and customer-service-driven leader who knows how to manage a security team while delivering the exceptional hospitality expected in a luxury residential environment.
The right person is visible, approachable, organized, and proactive — someone who takes ownership of their post, communicates confidently with residents and management, and leads by example.

Schedule & Pay
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Monday–Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
$22.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead, support, and hold the security team accountable
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and property staff
- Maintain a polished, welcoming, and professional security presence
- Oversee access control, CCTV, patrols, and daily security operations
- Use computers and security technology confidently to manage reports, emails, access systems, and daily communications
- Complete and review accurate incident reports and shift documentation
- Communicate effectively with property management and follow through on concerns
- Coach officers on customer service, professionalism, and performance
What We're Looking For
- Active California Guard Card required
- 2+ years of security leadership or Post Commander experience
- Excellent computer and technology skills required
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Luxury residential, high-rise, or hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp, professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of the post
