Rehabilitation-Physical Therapy - Physical Therapist BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Under the direction of the Rehabilitation Manager, evaluates, plans, and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients in their home. JOB REQUIREMENTS
BS Degree in physical therapy (PT) 2 years of clinical experience with a varied patient population Current state PT license CPR certification
