On Deck, In Rhythm
You’ll start by checking the pool environment, connecting briefly with your coaching team, and confirming the day’s timeline. As swimmers arrive, you set the tone—focused, upbeat, and clear—so everyone knows what success looks like.
Between sessions, you’ll review notes, update the week’s cadence, and respond to parent questions with steady, respectful communication. Meet days bring a different pace: quick huddles, deck-side adjustments, and consistent encouragement.
You’ll wrap up by syncing with club contacts on upcoming dates and making sure the next practice is set up to run smoothly, leaving the program organized and athletes motivated for what’s next.
