Job Description
Associate Director / Manager - Corporate Finance & Deal Advisory - Belfast
Location: Belfast, United Kingdom
Role
Lead the day-to-day execution of corporate finance engagements, delivering high-quality advice and transaction support whilst managing junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage M&A buy-side and sell-side mandates from commencement to completion.
- Lead due diligence assignments and detailed financial reviews.
- Prepare and review valuation analyses and reports.
- Support debt and equity fundraising activities.
- Develop and review financial models and forecasting analyses.
- Manage project timetables, workstreams and deliverables.
- Coordinate advisers including legal, tax, banking and other professionals.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients.
- Develop and mentor Executives and Assistant Managers.
- Support business development and proposal preparation.
Experience and Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant post qualification transaction experience.
- Strong financial analysis, modelling and report-writing capabilities.
- Proven project management skills.
Success Measures
- Delivery of projects on time and within budget.

- Contribution to fee growth and business development
