We’re recruiting a Physical Therapist for an orthopedic outpatient office in Front Royal, VA.

What the Workday Looks Like

You may start with a patient coming back after knee surgery, see someone with a shoulder injury before lunch, and later work with a patient rebuilding strength before returning to work.

There isn’t one standard treatment routine.

You’ll use your training to decide what each patient needs at that stage of recovery, whether that means restoring mobility, improving strength, working on balance, or increasing tolerance for everyday activity.

The schedule runs 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with approximately 1–2 patients an hour.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and movement assessments

• Identify problems affecting physical function

• Establish a treatment approach for each patient

• Provide orthopedic rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise

• Help patients improve joint motion and muscle performance

• Use hands-on techniques when appropriate

• Review progress during follow-up visits

• Change exercises or treatment strategies when needed

• Give practical instructions for continuing recovery outside the office

• Maintain complete clinical documentation

• Physical Therapist License

• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree

• Outpatient physical therapy experience

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience
