Technical Solutions Manager, gTech Ads Sellside,… at Google · Taipei

Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks around product, data and tools access for internal and external customers. Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a wide variety of projects. Work closely with product managers and software engineers to improve or develop new Google tools and products. Collaborate with Consumer and Engineering teams to write complex code and implement tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency and the end user experience. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers, advertisers, and publishers to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions.
