Mentor, coach, and manage a team of software engineers on the Pixel Retention team, setting clear expectations, prioritizing tasks, and supporting their career development. Define the year-over-year strategy and mid-term technical goal for the Pixel Retention App, contributing to high-level architecture and ensuring solid technical design choices across the team. Build and grow relationships with Product, User Experience (UX), and Google Store organizations. Align roadmaps and processes to ensure smooth development and high productivity. Vet system designs, solve ambiguous technical problems, and ensure engineering excellence through rigorous design and code reviews for Android applications and supporting server back-ends. Identify opportunities to use device or model to optimize the team's workflows and drive global collaboration across multiple time zones.
