Partner cross-functionally to pilot and scale AI-powered contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions—including automated clause generation, intake triage, risk scoring, and post-signature obligation monitoring. Design scalable workflows that strategically leverage extended workforce resources, self-service playbooks, and managed service partners to shift internal bandwidth from routine drafting to negotiation. Serve as a business partner across Category Management, Legal, Security, Compliance, and executive stakeholders, establishing clear governance and agile negotiation frameworks. Monitor modern contracting metrics (e.g., cycle time velocity, clause deviation rates, automation adoption, compliance leakage) to iteratively optimize contracting standards and operating models.
