Job Description

• Achieve monthly brand-wise volume and value targets
• Meet KPIs for coverage, productivity, and distribution
• Attain numeric and weighted distribution goals per brand/SKU
• Ensure consistent availability of MSL and other targeted SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock pressure
• Ensure 100% compliance with journey plans
• Regularly evaluate route efficiencies to meet productivity targets per van/route
• Maintain van loadograms to ensure optimal inventory management
• Ensure timely listing and distribution of new products (NPIs) within 30 days at targeted outlets
• Proactively address near-expiry stock issues (3-6 months prior) and manage liquidation using FIFO procedures
• Secure primary visibility in categories and explore secondary visibility opportunities for market dominance
• Proper Key account management with defined KPI's by each chain
• Execute promotions and activations in line with set norms and timelines
• Monitor competitor activities and track trade and consumer trends
• Share findings from surveys related to pricing, competition, and category performance
• Adhere strictly to all SOPs related to van maintenance, inventory management, cash deposits, reporting, and operational timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of local UAE experience in sales supervision
• Familiar with the dynamics of the FMCG trade
• Good Analysis & communication skills
• Efficient, Result-Oriented with good Problem Solving skills
• Open to be relocated within UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)

• English / Hindi / Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
