Job description:

Tired of commission caps, weak leads, and a paycheck that doesn’t match your hustle? If you’re a top-tier closer who wants warm leads, massive commissions, and real career growth, we have the opportunity of a lifetime waiting for you.

Why Our Closers Win Big

• $85K Minimum Earnings – A True Six-Figure Trajectory from Day One
• $10,000 Professional Growth Incentive – A bonus that rewards your continued success and tenure with the company.
• Warm, Pre-Qualified Leads – No chasing bad prospects
• The Best Commission Structure in the Industry
• Double Commissions on rehash leads
• Nearly Triple Commissions on self-generated leads
• Company Car & Gas Card – Your expenses are covered
• Monthly Bonuses Based on Revenue – The more you close, the more you earn—bigger deals mean bigger bonuses, and every deal adds to your payout.
• Top Performer Bonuses – Crush your numbers and cash in
• No Corporate Red Tape – Just Big Earnings and Big Growth

What You’ll Be Doing

• Closing deals with homeowners. Roofing is a need, not a want. You’re selling a must-have product.
• Running high-quality appointments. No wasting time on weak leads.
• Generating your own leads for massive commissions. If you want to make $300K, you have full control.
• Creating a pipeline of deals through rehash, follow-ups, and strategic selling.

Who We Want

• Elite closers who want more. If you’re just looking for a job, this isn’t for you.
• Confident, money-driven sales professionals. No fear, no excuses, just results.
• High-level communicators who know how to build trust and close fast.
• Roofing or home improvement experience is a plus, but top sales talent wins in any industry.

Why You Should Leave Your Current Job for This

• Your time is valuable. We don’t waste it on bad leads or low commissions.
• We pay what you’re worth. No caps, no limits, just huge earnings.
• You’re in control. Self-generate and watch your income explode.
• A winning culture. No politics, just high performers who love closing.

If you’re the best, come prove it. Apply now and take control of your financial future.
