Position Overview
Global Private Home Care Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Healthcare Business Development & Community
Liaison to grow our private-pay home care referral network and client base. This is a regular part-time W-2 position for a professional who
wants stability now and the opportunity to grow into a larger business-development role as Global's client census and revenue increase.
Initial Territory Focus
During the initial 90-day period, the role will focus primarily on high-opportunity private-pay markets including Alpharetta, Johns Creek,
Roswell, Milton, Sandy Springs, North Fulton, Buckhead, and nearby communities. The objective is to build depth and repeatable referral
relationships in these markets before expanding.
Future Territory Expansion
Global serves a broader 10-county service area. As the referral pipeline and client census grow, the liaison may expand efforts into Fulton,
Gwinnett, DeKalb, Cobb, Clayton, Douglas, Fayette, Rockdale, Cherokee, and Meriwether counties.
Primary Responsibilities
Build relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, care coordinators, senior living communities,
rehabilitation facilities, physicians, geriatric care managers, elder-law professionals, hospice/home-health organizations, and other senior-
care referral sources.
Introduce Global's private-pay home care services to appropriate referral partners and develop qualified client opportunities.
Follow up consistently with professional contacts and participate in selected healthcare, chamber, networking, and community events.
Maintain accurate referral and business-development documentation in Global's tracking system.
Coordinate with Global leadership when qualified prospective clients or referral opportunities are identified and represent Global
professionally throughout the community.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of healthcare, senior-care, sales, admissions, community-relations, or business-development experience.
Experience in private-duty home care, home health, hospice, senior living, rehabilitation, healthcare staffing, physician liaison work, case
management, or a related field preferred.
Existing Metro Atlanta healthcare and senior-care referral relationships strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and convert them into qualified referrals or admissions.
Strong communication, presentation, follow-up, organization, and relationship-management skills; reliable transportation, valid driver's
license, and automobile insurance.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
$24.00-$26.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, referral-network strength, and demonstrated business-development results. The
position begins at approximately 12-15 hours per week and includes performance-based bonus opportunities.
This is not a 90-day temporary position. The first 90 days are an introductory performance period. Strong performance and business growth
may lead to increased weekly hours, expanded territory, greater responsibility, and future advancement into a Business Development
Manager or full-time role.
Who Will Succeed in This Role
The strongest candidate will be a credible relationship-builder who can open doors, earn trust, follow through consistently, and produce
measurable referral opportunities. We are looking for someone who understands that healthcare business development is built through
relationships, credibility, persistence, and results.
