FMCG Sales & Distribution Manager – Dubai

IMUOSAM Holding is looking for an experienced Sales & Distribution Manager to develop the UAE market for our growing portfolio of food and beverage brands.

We need someone who understands the Dubai and UAE FMCG market, knows how to approach retail buyers and distributors, and can turn opportunities into confirmed listings and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce our products to supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, hotels, cafés, hospitals and other retail channels
• Secure new product listings and purchase orders
• Develop and manage relationships with retail buyers, wholesalers and distributors
• Negotiate commercial terms, margins, promotions and shelf placement
• Build an effective sales and distribution network across the UAE
• Coordinate stock availability, deliveries, merchandising and payment collection
• Monitor sales performance and submit clear weekly reports
• Identify new channels and opportunities for business growth

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of FMCG sales and distribution experience in Dubai or the UAE
• Strong knowledge of the local retail and wholesale market
• Existing relationships with supermarket buyers, distributors and key accounts
• Proven record of securing product listings and achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• UAE driving licence
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
• Must currently be based in the UAE

We are specifically looking for a hands-on professional who already knows the market and can begin developing accounts—not someone with only general sales experience.

Compensation: Competitive salary plus performance-based commission.
