Licensed Insurance Agent - Remote at GIA Legacy… · Bakersfie…

An independent opportunity for driven, self-motivated people ready to build something of their own.

If you are someone who wants to be in business for yourself — but not by yourself — this may be exactly what you have been looking for.

GIA Legacy Planning is a life insurance distribution agency helping families protect what they have built and plan for what is ahead. We work with independent agents across the US who are building their own books of business through a system that is already proven and already in motion.

This is not a job in the traditional sense. There is no boss, no punch clock, and no ceiling. It is an independent contractor opportunity where your results are a direct reflection of your effort, your consistency, and your willingness to follow a system that works.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

• You control your schedule — mornings, evenings, weekends, you decide
• 100% remote — serve clients across the US from wherever you are most productive
• Warm inbound leads system in place — you talk to people who already raised their hand for coverage, so there is no cold calling
• Carrier-paid bonuses and mentorship from agents who are actively producing right now
• You build a book of business that pays you on every policy you write, with an ownership model and overrides as you grow a team
• No ceiling on your income — your results are a direct reflection of your effort and consistency

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Connect with interested clients through our proprietary lead system — people who have already requested information about coverage
• Present life insurance and protection solutions tailored to each family's situation
• Follow our step-by-step system for consistent daily activity and follow-up
• Build and manage your own pipeline of active clients and referrals
• Grow at your own pace — whether part-time or full-time, the system adapts to your commitment level

WHO THIS IS FOR

• You are self-motivated and do not need someone standing over you to get things done
• You have experience in sales, real estate, finance, customer service, or another client-facing role — insurance experience is not required
• You are a career changer or part-timer in the Houston area looking for something with real long-term upside
• You are coachable and willing to follow a proven system even if it is new to you
• You are ready to get licensed if you are not already (we will show you exactly how)

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

• You want a guaranteed paycheck regardless of effort
• You are not willing to follow a system or take direction
• You expect results without putting in consistent daily activity
• You want someone to hand you success without accountability

If you are ready to take ownership of your income, your schedule, and your future — we want to hear from you. Apply now and a member of our team will reach out within 24 to 48 hours.

IMPORTANT: This is an independent contractor (1099) commission-only opportunity. There is no base salary, guaranteed income, or employment relationship. Earnings depend entirely on individual performance, activity level, and consistency. Past results of other agents are not a guarantee of your results.
