MECHANICAL DESIGNER.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Prepare Mechanical MEP Shop Drawings, Coordination and As- Built Drawings.

2. Review Consultant Comments, Revise Drawings and Coordinate for Comment Clearance and approval.

3. Detailed Knowledge in Designing HVAC System, Ventilation, Ductwork, Chilled water Piping, Plumbing, & Equipment Layouts.

4. Hands-On Experience in AutoCAD / Revit Drawings.

5. Ensure Drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.

6. Take Measurements from site and incorporate accurate site conditions into drawings.

7. Coordinate with site Engineers and supervisors to clarify technical and drawing - related issues.

8. Support the preparation of drawing registers and revision records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Degree, Diploma or certificate in Drafting or Engineering

2. Good Knowledge of AutoCAD or relevant Software.

3. Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings

4. Strong Attention to detail; and accuracy

5. Good Communication skills and Coordination skills

6. Strong Teamwork and Leadership ability

7. Minimum 3 Years of UAE Experience especially with Commercial Buildings

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
