Data Analyst I, CCR Reporting

They are seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain reporting solutions that support the Control, Compliance & Risk (CCR) objectives, providing actionable insights through data-driven reporting and analytics. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI - Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support CCR’s reporting needs - Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reporting solutions - Develop and maintain analysis and reporting templates - Create compelling PowerPoint presentations that summarize key insights and trends for management - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting outputs - Support continuous improvement initiatives in data management, reporting automation, and visualization - Collaborate with data owners and technology teams to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 1+ years of experience in data analytics, business reporting, or a related field - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization) - Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentation development - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail - Strong storytelling with data capabilities to craft compelling narratives from insights - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across business and technical teams Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with control, compliance, or risk management functions is a plus - Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is a plus Required Skills: Power BI, Data Analytics, Advanced Excel Important Skills: SQL, PowerPoint Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical Skills, Storytelling with Data, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Attention to Detail Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards program that offers personalized coverage tailor-made for you and your family’s overall well-being., Financial benefits including market-competitive compensation; a 401K savings plan vested from day one that offers a 6% match; performance and recognition-based incentives; and tuition assistance., Access to additional benefits like mental healthcare as well as fertility and adoption assistance., Supports flexibility- We provide workplace flexibility as well as our GEICO Flex program, which offers the ability to work from anywhere in the US for up to four weeks per year.
