Pastry Chef de Partie - Luxury Hotel - Leicestershire

Our client is a luxury & busy Country Hotel in the Leicestershire who are recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie. This is an opportunity to join a busy kitchen and produce pastry and breads for restaurant. afternoon teas and celebrations. The role is 5 days from 7 over 40 hours a week plus tips.

The Role

• Working on the Stand alone Pastry section with assistance from juniors
• Making all Pastries, Desserts and Breads for afternoon tea service & private parties, functions and banqueting
• Using all fresh produce
• Working to AA rosette level standard

The Person

• Already a Pastry Chef de Partie
• Experience ideally to rosette levels in luxury hotel or restaurant
• Career focused and Team Player
