Job Description
Shift Process Technician APU ZET
Location: ZÁBORSKÉ, PREŠOV, Slovakia
ROLES&RESPONSIBILITIES:
- OEE improvements, daily monitoring, reporting
- RTY improvements, daily monitoring, reporting
- Improve line efficiency (pph, CT)
- Responsible for the first training to the production for the introduction of new product or process technology
- Lead of RPS by deep technical analyse and proposal to solve
- Responsible for putting in place and check the documentation of processes and controls.
- Actively contribute for the layout design and material flow for one or several production cells.
- Partner of the core process ME to implement the lean principles and use Six Sigma tools in the cells such like; one piece flow, takt time, line balancing, standard work etc. on a team approach with the supervisor and shop floor personnel.
- Maintain and improve process controls for Quality and productivity, Poka Yoke design and implementation.
- Perform Key equipment calibration.
- Support shift maintenance and process technicians reagarding escalating abnormalities
- Contact suppliers with requests to repair / upgrade / line improvements
- Monitor and process production line process data
- Crosshomologization of products
- Support new product implementation into serial production
- Line set up for new components at existing products
- Execute FMEA, PPAP, propose and execute Kaizen ideas and Kaizen events
- Cooperate on corrective measures based on customer claims
- Lead of improvements of machines and take care of its
- Responsible to maintain process capability and equipment gage R&R in conjunction with Process QA.
- Training and development of the Process technicians and the operators
- Training and development of the Quality inspectors and the operators
- Training and development of the Maintenance technicians and the operators
- Cost guarding (consumable parts, OPEX, CAPEX...)
- Production cost reduction via A3/KE/6sigma
- Participate in safety incidents investigation, observes work rules, be predictive
- Daily safety audit, Check and update findings from audits, safety control
- Achieve production KPI to deliver product to customer
- Coordination of corrective maintenance following timing and procedure
- Cooperate on Occupational risk assesment, Ergonomy evaluation
- Prepare & complete Performance self-assessment, Mid Year self-ssessment, Goal Setting
REQUIREMENTS:
- secondary technical school
- experience in production plant in similar position for 2 years min.
- knowledge of machining CNC equipment and assembly of products, PLC / PC programming (preferred) in APU1 only
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning & tolerance and other drawing conventions
- Good knowledge in root cause analysis and problem solving
- Excellent knowledge of product (e.g. turbo), it’s manufacturing processes and its application.
- Basic knowledge of FMEA
- Advance PC operative systems know how
- Basic English language knowledge
- Ability to cooperate ina team and with other teams
- ability to work under stress
