We are excited to welcome you to ECAM as part of the transition from ProVigil. ECAM is a leading provider of remote video monitoring and security solutions, helping organizations protect their people, property, and assets through advanced technology and professional monitoring services.

This application is the first step in your transition to becoming an ECAM employee. By submitting your application, you are initiating the onboarding process and helping us ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

What to Expect Next After submitting your application, you will receive a series of communications and action items that must be completed as part of your onboarding process:

• BrassRing: Instructions and links to complete your onboarding paperwork and employment documentation.
• HireRight: Standard employment background screening and, for applicable driving positions, a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
• eScreen: Standard pre-employment drug screening.

It is imperative that all onboarding activities, screenings, and required documentation are completed as quickly as possible to avoid delays in your transition and start date. Please monitor your email regularly, including your spam or junk folders, for communications from these providers.

How Will I Know I Am Finished with my Onboarding Documents?

You will know you have completed all required onboarding documentation once you have successfully reached, completed, and submitted Section 1 of the Form I-9 within the BrassRing onboarding workflow. After completing the I-9 Section 1, any remaining actions will be limited to required screening results or any additional items specifically requested by the ECAM Human Resources team.
