CX Retention / Outbound Sales Associate (Pet Food)
This is a customer success role for confident communicators that love cats and making calls to retain customers

The Role

You will help cat parents who have recently completed a free trial, understand their experience, and encourage them to continue their subscription. Your focus is on improving conversion, reducing churn, and delivering professional, high-quality sales conversations.

About You

You are confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking to customers all day. You enjoy working towards clear sales targets and take ownership of your results. You can build rapport quickly, handle objections calmly, and guide hesitant customers toward a positive decision. You are self-motivated, organised, and resilient under pressure. You adapt easily, learn systems quickly, and take feedback seriously. Previous outbound sales, retention, or call-centre experience is preferred, but strong communication skills and commercial awareness matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to trial customers
• Present the product and service clearly and persuasively
• Handle objections and convert interest into sales
• Support customers struggling to continue their plan
• Resolve basic account and billing queries
• Monitor your own call and conversion performance
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Share insights and best practices with the team
