BCBA – Hampton Roads (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth) | $95,000–$115,000 + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Galaxy ABA Therapy is growing in Hampton Roads and needs a BCBA to lead a local caseload of children with autism, in the home and in the community. You'll serve families across Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Portsmouth, supported by a local RBT team and a lead BCBA mentor. New BCBAs are welcome.

The work:

• Conduct assessments and build individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and train our Hampton Roads RBTs

• Coach parents and caregivers in the home

• Use session data to track progress and adjust goals

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification (or passing the exam within 60 days)

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education or a related field

• Virginia LBA, or eligibility to obtain it

• Reliable transportation to see clients around Hampton Roads
