ROLE PURPOSE

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop team at the ROX Service Center in Abu Dhabi. You will manage service bookings, vehicle reception, Job Cards, repair updates, estimates, and vehicle handovers while ensuring a premium customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle service, maintenance, or repair requirements.
• Create, update, and close Job Cards accurately in the dealership system.
• Record customer concerns, vehicle condition, mileage, and requested repairs clearly.
• Prepare service estimates and explain required repairs, costs, and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians, workshop controllers, parts teams, and other departments.
• Monitor repair progress and provide customers with timely status updates.
• Obtain customer approvals for additional repairs or required work.
• Ensure all completed work is documented correctly before vehicle handover.
• Review invoices and explain service charges to customers.
• Conduct vehicle handovers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on open Job Cards, pending repairs, and customer concerns.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when required.
• Support warranty, service campaign, and recall processes when applicable.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service history.
• Achieve service-related KPIs including customer satisfaction, productivity, and revenue targets.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor within automotive dealerships or authorised service centers.
• UAE automotive service center experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with Job Cards, service estimates, workshop coordination, and customer vehicle handovers.
• Good technical understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
• Experience using dealership management systems, CRM, or workshop systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy service center environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
