Job Description:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Strong experience in Power Automate and CRM Plugins for workflow automation and customization.
• Work with CEM (Customer Engagement Management) module and integrate CRM with other enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of Azure services and cloud integration is an added advantage.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams for development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• 10+ years of Banking Domain experience is mandatory.
