Sales Associate Intern (m/f/d) at Future Living… · 28028…

About the role

Housing is hard. One size rarely fits all, and it's a hell of a process. As the largest flexible housing company globally, Habyt’s mission is to provide access to housing anywhere, for everyone. Our drive is to create solutions with a digital-first approach, making every move easy, and every house a home. If you are passionate about real estate and would like to join a dynamic, talented, and diverse team of professionals from all around the world — you are in the right place!

We are currently looking for a Sales Associate Intern to support us on our flex living building in Madrid. In this role, you will support the sales team as a point of contact for prospective members, learning how to guide them from first enquiry to signed contract while helping us keep the building fully occupied.

You'll dive headfirst into the world of flexible housing and learn side by side with our Sales, Revenue, Operations and Guest Experience teams, helping future members find the right home and making their move to Habyt easy.

If interested, please send us your most updated CV in English.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Support the sales team in handling inbound leads (website, phone, email, WhatsApp), responding quickly and qualifying needs, budget and move-in dates.
• Assist with on-site visits and virtual tours, presenting apartment types, amenities and the flex living proposition.
• Follow up on leads by phone and email to help convert enquiries into bookings, keeping the CRM up to date.
• Help prepare offers and contracts (monthly rent, deposit, documentation) and support the signing and move-in process.
• Support the team in keeping availability and pricing up to date across channels to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate with the Guest Experience team for a seamless handover at check-in.
• Help track pipeline and conversion metrics, and gather market and competitor insights for the team.
• Learn and follow SOPs, brand standards and data protection (GDPR) requirements.
• Manage the booking journey from initial enquiry through reservation confirmation and handover, ensuring every interaction, document and next step is accurately recorded in the CRM.

What we're looking for:

• Currently studying or recently graduated (business, hospitality, real estate, marketing or similar), able to sign an internship agreement with your university.
• No prior experience required; customer-facing or sales experience (even part-time) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive and eager to learn.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Drive; CRM experience is a plus).
