About Fulfillment IQ (FIQ):

Fulfillment IQ is a supply chain engineering and transformation company that helps brands, retailers, and 3PLs design, build, and scale high-performance logistics operations.

We work at the intersection of strategy, supply chain, and technology where we solve complex, real-world problems across warehouse design, automation, order management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain execution.

Our teams combine deep domain expertise with strong technical capability, delivering outcomes through consulting, systems implementation, and proprietary platforms that accelerate time-to-value and reduce delivery risk.

If you enjoy working in complex environments, partnering closely with clients, and seeing your work make a tangible impact on how global commerce moves, this is the place where your skills and judgment truly come to life.

The core of the job is protecting a shared global template: running Fit-to-Template and GAP analyses, challenging unnecessary customization, and guiding configurators and engineers through go-live. The role works US Eastern or Central business hours, with travel of up to 40%, including international travel to Latin America.

Mandate:

• Guide configurators and extension engineers, and support testing through go-live and stabilization

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Technical: 5+ years in WMS/OMS solution design, functional architecture, product consulting, or implementation
• Technical: strong, hands-on functional expertise in Manhattan Active WM, including its configuration concepts, capabilities, and limitations
• Technical: designing across complex integrations, with a working understanding of APIs and extension development and their functional implications
• Functional: deep understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping) and proven Fit-to-Template and GAP analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of functional and integration orchestration across WMS, WES, ASRS, AMR, GTP, WCS, ERP, OMS, LMS, TMS, Parcel Management systems, etc.
• Experience in designing WMS for retail distribution centers, eCom fulfilment centers, Omni Channel fulfilment centers, 3rd Party Logistics facilities, etc.
• Functional: supporting implementations from design through testing, deployment, and stabilization, with the confidence to challenge proposed solutions
• Language: professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply design principles, configuration guardrails, and architecture standards
• Support functional change requests, impact assessments, and the template roadmap; escalate deviations

Configuration and Development Support

• Write configuration requirements and extension specifications from approved designs
• Review configuration approaches and technical designs against intended business processes
• Configure the MAWM flows, MHE mappings, Integration touchpoints.
• Assess impact of enhancements across MAWM, integrations, warehouse automation (i.e. AMR, ASRS, Shuttle systems, GTP, Conveyance, etc.), reporting, and extensions

Testing, Deployment, and Knowledge Transfer

• Support QA, SIT, and UAT; drive functional issue resolution through go-live and stabilization
• Facilitate design workshops, document decisions, and coach super users and configurators
