Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents in the Fairview home.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
• Engage residents in meaningful outings and recreational activities.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Female candidates preferred.
• Genuine kindness and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to enjoy and participate in outings and fun activities.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Previous experience in direct support or caregiving is a plus.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts

• 40 hours a week for full-time benefits

• Up to 20 hours a week for part-time and ancillary benefits
