Pilot Plant and Scale Up Technician (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, evaluate, and document pilot plant batches and scale-up trials for new and existing products.
Support the transfer of laboratory processes into pilot and production environments across global manufacturing sites.
Operate pilot plant equipment, including reactors, homogenizers, filtration systems, and related process equipment.
Conduct process trials, testing, and technical studies to optimize manufacturing performance, quality, and process stability.
Analyze experimental results and provide recommendations to support product and process development decisions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, operational excellence, and efficiency.
Prepare technical documentation, manufacturing instructions, and reports while ensuring accurate and compliant records.
Qualifications:
Qualification as a Chemical Master Technician, Process Technician, or a comparable technical qualification in chemistry or process engineering.
Initial professional experience in the chemical, specialty chemicals, lubricants, or process manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience with pilot plants, manufacturing processes, or scale-up activities.
Knowledge of process automation systems and digital manufacturing tools.
Good English communication skills and willingness to collaborate internationally and travel occasionally.
Strong analytical thinking with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
High commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous learning.
