Marketing Manager at FrankieOne in Sydney, New South Wales, AU

About the Role

FrankieOne is a leading identity verification, KYC/AML, and fraud prevention platform serving 250+ customers across 46 countries. The marketing function has been built from scratch over the past 18 months and is now generating consistent, measurable pipeline.

As Marketing Manager, you own demand generation, organic growth, and pipeline contribution. This is a hands-on growth role — you set the demand gen strategy, execute across channels, and are accountable for pipeline and revenue outcomes.

You'll work alongside the Product Marketing Manager, who owns positioning, messaging, website, and sales enablement.

What You'll Do

Pipeline & Revenue Growth

• Own marketing's pipeline and revenue targets, aligned to the business's net new ARR goal
• Report on marketing-sourced pipeline, closed-won revenue, and marketing's contribution to net new revenue
• Align marketing programs to sales priorities, vertical strategy, and go-to-market plans

Demand Generation

• Drive inbound pipeline through SEO, content, webinars, events, ABM, and lifecycle programs
• Own the events program: vertical breakfasts, webinars, customer forums, industry conferences, and partner events
• Design and execute ABM programs targeting priority accounts and verticals, in partnership with Sales

SEO & GEO

• Own organic search strategy, growing non-branded visibility on commercial keywords
• Lead Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to ensure FrankieOne is surfaced accurately in AI search tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)

Website (Performance & Conversion)

• Own the blog, SEO content pages, and campaign landing pages
• Own conversion optimisation across the site, including demo page performance and visitor-to-lead journeys
• Manage technical SEO (site speed, schema, indexing, Search Console)
• Partner with the Product Marketing Manager, who owns product pages, solution pages, and site messaging

Content

• Own content strategy across blogs, thought leadership, SEO content, and customer storytelling
• Produce content that drives traffic, builds authority, and converts to pipeline
• Manage LinkedIn organic as the primary social channel

Marketing Analytics & Attribution

• Own marketing measurement: funnel tracking, campaign attribution, and pipeline reporting
• Work with RevOps to maintain and improve the attribution model connecting marketing activity to closed-won revenue
• Report on MQLs, SQLs, MQL-to-SQL conversion, speed to lead, and pipeline contribution

Lead Nurture & Re-engagement

• Design and manage lead nurture and re-engagement programs to convert MQLs to SQLs

Partner Co-marketing

• Coordinate co-marketing with strategic partners to extend reach and generate pipeline

Customer Storytelling & Awards

• Drive the customer content program: case studies, spotlights, and amplification
• Own the awards program to build category credibility

Go-to-Market for New Markets

• Support marketing strategy for new market entry (ASEAN, UK, Europe), including content and channel strategy

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in SEO, content strategy, and inbound demand generation
